Digital Services Act
Digital Services Act (DSA) it is the regulations dedicated for the digital services delivered in the EEA (e.g. social networking services, content sharing platforms, sales platforms, computer games platforms and others under DSA). In the national legal order and country related regulations, DSA will be supplemented with the so-called a competence act which will specify, among others, principles of operation of the authority supervising compliance with DSA regulations. The Digital Services Act has been in force since February 17, 2024.
The obligations imposed by DSA are also related to the processing of personal data of natural persons. That’s why we support organizations in areas such as:
