“Privacy By Design,” has for many years, dealt with topics such as the protection of personal data, protection of privacy, rights and freedoms, artificial intelligence, databases, risk assessment, as well as legal regulations in this area. We are committed to combining and sharing our passion, knowledge, practice, and experience with you. We know that security has many names, that’s why we handle your security, privacy, personal data protection, and information protection on many levels and in many aspects with great care! We are your trusted business partners and support your organizations in managing the systems of personal data and information protection in all areas. Our firm has implemented and continues to implement projects in B2B and B2C relations, as well as in various branches and market sectors, regardless of the size of the organization.
Our team consists of experienced practitioners, lawyers, IT specialists, programmers, certified auditors, IOD, ASI, experts in A.I., (SI), and lecturers. We have many years of professional experience in the management of personal data and information protection systems in international corporations, joint-stock companies, capital and enterprise groups as well as many others. We perform the function of IOD. We take part as speakers in seminars, conferences, training sessions, workshops, and webinars. We also cooperate as dependable partners with companies, institutions, foundations, and associations. We are members of the ODO Committees, e.g. at KIG. We work as business partners with IT companies with the latest technologies.
Because of our passion for the subject, we write columns and articles for you. We have many interesting publications! Just a few of these include, “Risk estimation for the protection of personal data under the GDPR. From theory to practice”, by Anna Buczyńska – Borowa, with a preface by Minister, pr. Andrzej Lewiński. We are also co-creators of tools which support processes to manage personal data protection systems, for example, the platform: Space4GDPR.
We also have had the honor of participating in the project that was founded by Minister Andrzej Lewiński: The Joseph Wybicki Foundation, whose mission is to protect the privacy, dignity, and the freedom of man. The Foundation aims among other things, to defend fundamental human rights, such as privacy, dignity, freedom; and personal data protection. It also raises awareness of the right to privacy and the right to the protection of personal data. We provide professional assistance and expertise in the protection of personal data to business entities, in particular, small and micro-enterprises. The Foundation also actively participates, supports and creates, activities in various forms for European integration, developing contacts, cooperation between societies for the benefit of security in cyberspace, and artificial intelligence.
Our main areas of activity are training, lectures, workshops, development and implementation of personal data protection management systems, information management, cybersecurity, A.I., risk estimation and many others related to information processing.
